By accessing or using the OVJ API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

OVJ provides a unified API gateway that aggregates AI model services from various providers. We act as an intermediary, routing your API requests to upstream AI providers.

3. User Obligations

You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information; (b) maintain the security of your API keys; (c) use the service in compliance with all applicable laws; (d) not exceed rate limits or abuse the infrastructure.

4. PROHIBITED USES — NSFW / Adult / Illegal Content

You are strictly prohibited from using OVJ services to generate, distribute, or process any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind
• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material including nudity, sexual acts, or erotic content
• Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence
• Illegal or regulated content including but not limited to weapons, drugs, or fraud
• Deepfake content intended to deceive or harm
• Content violating the terms of upstream AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Violation of this section will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. API Usage and Quotas

API usage is billed based on the pricing listed on our website. Usage quotas are reset according to your plan. Unused quotas do not roll over unless specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

OVJ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited uses, or fail to pay for services.
